This has given me a lot to contemplate on my next walk! I don’t know if it’s just getting older, but spending time in nature for me now is a true joy.

For the last twenty years or so, we’ve gone on a daily walk at our county park, rain or shine. It makes all the difference!

I’m a certified nature journaling community educator. I stress in my presentations and journaling work shops the importance of everything you have brought into your blog! I totally agree with you that it’s so very important to our health and well being to spend time in nature, especially now more than ever before! 💚💙

Agree 💯 it's so important to go outside and get fresh air and connect with nature. I always instantly feel better when I do. Good reminder now that the seasons are changing 🙂

Reading this blog itself is a joy. Unlike in these modern times, people used to spend plenty of time in nature itself. Since we are all products of nature, there is always a profound intimacy with it. The joy that comes out of being in nature has no comparison. The Photographs are wonderful.
