Thank you, that’s so kind. Oh yes, I stumbled across the fact that the links weren’t working and I think I’ve fixed them now - I’m not sure what happened! Thank you for letting me know though, I really appreciate that.
Oh such beautiful pictures, especially the first one, what a cutie! I love bird watching but have never ventured into photography. What kind of camera do you use? My hubby has an old Nikon that was very good at the time, maybe I can start playing around with that a bit.
Gosh, I am so sorry Sophie, I've just found a lot of comments that I've missed, and this is one of them. My camera is Sony, but I'm sure playing around with the Nikon will be a great way to get started with some photography.
Lovely post and photos, Jenna. Like you I often take hundreds of photos only to reject the vast majority of them - but getting one decent one now and then makes it all worthwhile.
Hi Angie, Thank you for reading. Your photographs look great too. A telephoto lens is a great investment - I really enjoy using mine. I'm pleased to read that I'm not the only one who ends up buried in photographs that don't make the cut haha. It's all good fun though.
Thank you for sharing your tips with us. We were delighted to spot a woodpecker on our bird feeder the other day, we managed to view in detail with our binoculars but couldn't get a close up camera shot with our phone through the kitchen window. We contented ourselves watching quitely whilst he enjoyed his breakfast and hopefully he will be back again soon.
This is so lovely. Before we had cats, I used to love watching the birds at the bird feeders in our garden but they don't visit so much anymore! We do still get the odd blue tit, goldfinch or robin though and I love watching them. I've been thinking about buying a proper camera for ages so I will use your tips for inspiration! x
Ahh the cats will certainly deter the birds but I'm pleased that you get the odd peek at a garden bird or two. Oh, you should definitely take the plunge and get a camera, especially with your plans to travel and visit new places.
Such beautiful images! Just wanted to let you know that your Instagram links are broken (I found you through a quick search anyway 😊)

You’re so welcome 😌

Haha no worries, happens to me too sometimes!
Nightmare! Have you started playing around with the camera?
Can't find it 😭
I love your posts Jenna, superb photos. Xxxx
Thank you so much, Maria, that means a lot!
Jenna your photography is outstanding. I hope you will teach others (you don’t need a degree — just your gift) ♥️
Thank you so much Karen, that's a really lovely thing for you to say. I appreciate all of your support.
You are welcome Jenna

I definitely need a good telephoto lens!

That's fantastic news! He will be back now he knows where to find the food. If you keep a constant supply out, he might nest close by too :-)
