I’m slowly extending our plantings for the pollinators. Thanks for the encouragement!

Lovely post with some useful suggestions. I find that my flowering thyme, oregano, achillea (yarrow) and French marigolds are particularly appreciated by pollinators and other beneficial insects.

Some great ideas here that I can't wait to explore further. We had a little blue butterfly in our garden yesterday and I sat and watched it (him? her?) for about half an hour as s/he flitted about. It was such a simple, yet magical, moment.

I bet that was lovely to see. If I remember right, a blue butterfly is a symbol for transformation ☺️ I haven't seen a blue one yet, but I've seen two that are illuminous yellow!
